Recognized for her tireless efforts and outstanding leadership in Diversity and Inclusion, June Taylor was presented the 2018 Director’s Award for Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion by the American Council of Engineering Companies and the Ohio Contractors Association.
The award was presented to Taylor by Jerry Wray, Director of the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) at the 2nd Annual ODOT Civil Rights Symposium.
Keynote speaker Dr. Julian Earls, Executive in Residence at Cleveland State University (CSU) and retired Center Director of the NASA Glenn Research Center referred to Taylor as the “Harriet Tubman of Diversity.”

Taylor accepted the award with much humility as she thanked her professional colleagues for their continuous support which has assisted her to champion the rights for minority companies and small businesses.
Taylor, CEO of MAC Installations & Consulting LLC is a Board of Trustee member at CSU and Chairwoman of the Ohio Casino Commission.
